Very good product, very bad shipping. Ecoscooting did not deliver the order, saying that I was not at home for 3 consecutive days, which was false. I had to make several complaints and finally they brought it. It has happened to me 5 times, every time this company has to deliver an order there are problems. It only happens with this one, the others are fine: GLS, CTT Express, perfect. I have asked AliExpress not to bring my orders with this company, and what they are doing is assigning all my shipments to this company, so customers are lost.
